AJ Photography & Oddball Articles

I’ve had the great pleasure to write often about photography and design in my editorial and brand work. It’s from my “informed” amateur perspective. I’m neither a critic nor a teacher—just someone who appreciates when items, art, houses, and others objects are created thoughtfully.

The editorial pieces below are once again from my 6-year stint working for Adventure Journal as a writer and contributing editor. In celebrating (most) things outdoors, we covered a fair bit of photography. In indulging our own curiosities, we tackled age-old questions bantered around many a campfire.
